By using herwork.online or creating a HerWork account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who can join
The member app is for people aged 18 or older who can enter into an agreement under the laws of Pakistan. You must give true information and keep your login details private. One account per person.
2. Registration fee
Membership requires a one-time, non-refundable registration fee (currently PKR 499), shown on the registration page before you pay. Your account is activated only after our team has verified your payment. If a payment cannot be verified, contact us with your payment details so we can check it manually.
3. Tasks, reviews and earnings
- Members write articles for the tasks shown in their dashboard. Each approved task earns the amount shown on the task (currently PKR 350).
- Every submission is reviewed. We may reject work that is copied, machine-spun, off-topic, too short or of low quality, and we may give feedback asking you to improve it.
- No guaranteed income. What you earn depends only on how many of your articles are approved. HerWork does not promise any fixed or minimum earnings.
4. Withdrawals
You can request a withdrawal of your available balance to the withdrawal account in your profile (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or a bank account). We check requests by hand before paying them. Make sure your account details are correct; we are not responsible for payments sent to details you entered incorrectly.
5. Original content and publishing
- You must submit only your own original writing. Copying from other websites, books or other members is not allowed.
- When your article is approved and paid, you allow HerWork to edit, publish and display it on our blog and in related materials, with credit to your first name.
- We may decline to publish any article, or remove a published article, at our discretion.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use HerWork to break the law, harass others, upload harmful code, create fake accounts, manipulate referrals or try to access other members' data. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, and earnings gained through abuse may be cancelled.
7. Blog content and advertising
Articles on our blog are written by community members and reviewed by our team. They are for general information only and are not professional, financial, legal or medical advice. Our public pages show advertising from Google AdSense and may contain links to other websites, which we do not control.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep HerWork available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”, and we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, HerWork is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version. If you keep using HerWork after a change, you accept the updated terms.
